Nick James involved in Libor/Euribor case
Nick James represents Alex Pabon, one of the five former Libor/Euribor traders who have had their cases referred to the Court of Appeal in the light of the Supreme Court’s decision in Hayes and Palombo.
Nick is led by Tom Allen KC of Cloth Fair and instructed by John Milner at Constantine Law. Tom and John have acted for Mr Pabon throughout the proceedings and Nick has been instructed since the original appeal (Pabon [2018] EWCA Crim 420).
