Nick James speaks at The Fraud Lawyers Association annual Conference

Nick James, together with Rachel Barnes KC, Benjamin Borsodi, Rita Simões and Ennio Alagia speak this afternoon on the Panel Session - “No Conviction, No Problem? Asset Forfeiture in Europe”, which explored non-conviction based litigation, enforcement of third party interests, civil asset tracing, cross-border asset recovery, and sanctions.

This panel session was part of a very full programme discussing domestic and international fraud trends and issues.
