We are delighted to announce that Ian Whitehurst has been appointed to the List of Arbitrators for the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

The DIAC is the largest alternative dispute resolution centre in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. As an independent, non-governmental organisation, the DIAC administers and supports arbitration and mediation, facilitating the settlement of high-value commercial disputes outside of judicial courts.

Ian Whitehurst's inclusion on the DIAC List is a formal recognition of his expertise in international dispute resolution.
