Christopher Sykes successful in forfeiture case

Christopher Sykes successfully secured forfeiture of £330,000 in complex forfeiture proceedings. Appearing for the Police, Christopher secured forfeiture after litigation lasting three years. The proceedings were complex, in that they involved combined cash and account forfeiture proceedings. The hearing took place over four days and involved numerous witnesses.
