Christopher Sykes secures release of funds in six-figure AFO appeal

Christopher Sykes represented a broker appealing an account forfeiture order over his trading capital (amounting to a six-figure sum). Through negotiations and legal submissions, Chris secured increasingly favourable offers of compromise from the authority that had secured the order.

The authority ultimately agreed to release 90% of the funds to avoid a contested hearing. Christopher secured this outcome without the broker needing to attend court or give evidence.

Chris was instructed by, and worked with, Dillon May of EwingLaw.
