The Attorney General’s panel consist of a select group of junior counsel instructed to advise and represent all government departments in civil and public law matters.
 
Chris is recognised as a leading junior with expertise in confiscation and asset recovery, ranked in the Legal 500 in Proceeds of crime (POCA) and asset forfeiture.
 
He acts for government agencies, individuals and corporates affected by financial wrongdoing. Chris is specialist counsel in criminal defence, confiscation, and civil recovery, including the recovery of assets for private clients. He has extensive expertise contesting restraint, freezing, detention, and forfeiture of cash, accounts, and cryptocurrency.
