Practice Manager
Morgon joined 33 Chancery Lane as a Practice Manager in 2024, bringing extensive expertise from several leading commercial and insolvency sets across Temple and Lincoln’s Inn.
Working closely with Sam Carter (CEO and Director of Clerking), Morgon provides strategic oversight and leadership to his team of barristers, ensuring the highest standards of service are met. His role is defined by proactive practice management and the long-term strategic development of member profiles across his own team and throughout chambers.
Beyond his daily duties, Morgon is committed to the development of the profession. He spent several years on the IBC (Institute of Barristers' Clerks) CDC committee and serves as a mentor for Durham University, supporting aspiring students in their journey to the Bar.
Morgon is also proficient in the Russian language.
