Welcome Charlotte Pope-Williams, Daniel Goldblatt and Fahrid Chishty to 33 Chambers

This marks a further step in chambers’ strategic growth, with three high-calibre practitioners joining to enhance our offering across civil, commercial and international disputes.
As of the 18 May 2026, Charlotte, a Leading Junior in Banking and Financial Services (Legal 500), also joins us from 3 Hare Court. Her practice focuses on complex commercial chancery disputes, financial services, crypto and offshore litigation matters, supported by valuable experience at the Bank of England and Pinsent Masons. Charlotte is called in both England & Wales and St Vincent and the Grenadines, noted as having "encyclopedic knowledge of financial regulation law."
Daniel joins us from 3 Hare Court and brings a high-profile, multi-disciplinary practice spanning commercial litigation, civil fraud, contentious trusts, insolvency, and public law. Called to the Bar in 2017, Daniel has significant appellate experience before the Privy Council and is recognised by the legal directories as a “Leading Junior" in Commercial Litigation (Legal 500) and "Up and Coming" in Civil Fraud (Chambers & Partners). He is noted by peers and clients for his "excellent strategic judgment" and his ability to navigate complex issues beyond his year of call.
Fahrid maintains a practice between London and Doha, specialising in white-collar, commercial and international disputes. His dual presence uniquely positions him to advise on complex, cross-border matters across England and Wales and the GCC. He was called to the Bar in 2019 and his background includes work as a Pegasus Scholar at the Supreme Court of Pakistan, where he helped design criminal justice reform programmes. He is also a member of the Bar Council’s International Committee and the Middle East Subcommittee, helping oversee the profession’s global relationships.
Together, they significantly strengthen our capabilities across commercial, regulatory and offshore work, further reinforcing our position in handling sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional disputes.
Kennedy Talbot KC, Head of Chambers, added: “These are exceptional appointments. Each brings a distinct but complementary practice, and together they enhance our ability to act in sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional matters across both civil and criminal spheres.”
Sam Carter, Chief Executive and Director of Clerking, commented: “Charlotte, Daniel, and Fahrid each bring outstanding expertise and a shared focus on complex, high-value disputes. Their arrival reflects the continued growth of chambers and our commitment to strengthening our civil, commercial and international offering.”
